    In case of a change of mind, we accept returns within 7 days,
    starting from the day your order was delivered.
    Returns for change of mind will incur a $50 deduction from the refund amount to cover shipping fees.

    Reasons for returns not being eligible:

    •If the product value is compromised due to usage, washing, alterations, etc.
    •If the return tag attached to the product is removed.
    •If the included components of the product (main tag, packaging, dust bag, designer label, etc.) are damaged or missing.
    •If hygiene stickers attached to swimwear, tights, lingerie, etc. are removed.
    •Additionally, if a return request was not made through the website in advance, or if the return is sent beyond the return period, the item will be returned to the customer, and the shipping fee incurred will be charged.
  • Refund
    Once the returned items are received and examined, the refund process for the corresponding order will proceed.
    The refund will be issued in the currency and payment method used during the order.
